She started her first business at 17 and by 19 founded Valeri, a sustainable textile manufacturing company that evolved into a full-scale ethical production venture.

Driven by a love for entrepreneurship and empowering beginners, Yangchen founded Begi8ners - a global community helping founders navigate their journey.
As co-founder of Roundtable VC, she helps portfolios expand globally, backs founders with business infrastructure, capital, and network- things she once lacked in her early days.
Her motto is simple: "The impossible is always negotiable — you just have to choose which impossible to work on."
Yangchen was initiated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and has taught meditation in the Himalayas under his guidance.
